Return & Replacement Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. To be eligible for a replacement, the damaged item must be returned to us before a replacement can be issued.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send a replacement of the same product.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is not included.

Please email us with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging to begin the return process.
